Beat egg
yolks and sugar in a large bowl with whisk until creamy.
Combine

heat.
Strain
milk into a large jug, pour milk into egg mixture, whisking constantly.
Stir
remaining milk and corn flour in a small jug until smooth, add to egg mixture
Return
mixture to pan stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Pour
mixture into a heatproof flan dish, cover, refrigerate 06 hours.
Just
before into serving, sprinkle with extra sugar, cook under preheated grill
until sugar is caramelized.
