Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients:
Slices
white sandwich Bread
Chicken
breast 625 g
½ cup
mayonnaise
¼ Cup chopped
fresh flat-leaf parsley
Salt and
pepper to test
Butter

Method:
Chicken
breast fillets in medium saucepan, add enough cold water to cover.
Bring to
the boil, reduce heat, simmer, and covered.10 minutes.
Cut chicken
into 2 cm (¾ inch) pieces, combine in medium bowl with ½ cup mayonnaise and ¼
cup coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley and Salt and paper to test.
Cut each
sandwich into quarters.
