Honey, Soy and Sesame Chicken Wings
With Dipping sauce



Ingredients:

1 kg Chicken wings


¼ cup Japanese soy sauce


2 tablespoon Honey



1 clove Garlic, crushed



¾ inch fresh Ginger grated


2 teaspoon sesame seeds


01 teaspoon sesame oil


Lemon wedges to serve


Dipping sauce

01 tablespoon Honey

01 tablespoon Japanese soy sauce

01 tablespoon sweet chili sauce

Pinch of Garlic and Ginger

Method:

Cut chicken wings into three pieces at joints







Combine Japanese soy sauce, Honey, Garlic, Ginger, sesame seeds and sesame oil in large bowl with Chicken wings.








Cover and kept in Refrigerate overnight or minimum 3 hours


01 Method:

Preheat oven to 220 °c /425 °f Roast about 30 minutes or until chicken is cook through.  Place chicken in single layer on oiled wire rack over shallow large baking dish, brush remaining marinade over chicken over and over until chicken is Roast through.


02. Method:

Using grilled or BBQ until chicken is cook through. Brush remaining marinade over chicken over and over until chicken is Roast through.


Dipping sauce

01 tablespoon Honey
01 tablespoon soy sauce
01 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
Pinch of Garlic and Ginger



 Combine Honey, soy sauce, sweet chili sauce Pinch of Garlic and Ginger mix well and cook 01 or 02 mint. Serve in warmed.







Serve chicken wings with warmed Dipping sauce and lemon wedges
