Ingredients:

Serves 04

2 small Beetroot


8 eating Apples


8 large Carrots


Fresh Ginger 2.5 cm



Method:


Peel the beetroot and cut into chunks.


Quarter and core the Apples


Trim and peel the Carrots


Peel the Ginger.it is easiest to do this by scraping a teaspoon over the skin of the ginger.




Now process all the prepared and vegetables through a juicer.



Stir and serve immediately adding ice if desired.
