Light Egg
Fried Rice
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2
teaspoons peeled and chopped fresh root ginger
1 ½ teaspoons
light soy sauce
2 teaspoons
groundnut oil
300 g
freshly cook rice (basmati, jasmine, long-grain rice, or samba)
2 spring
onions thinly sliced
¼
teaspoon sesame oil
Method:
Add the
cook rice, spring onions, sesame oil and remaining soy sauce to the pan and
toss
together for about 1-3 minutes until the rice is piping hot.
Serve
immediately as it hot
