Pork
& prawn fried rice
Ingredients:
1 ½ teaspoons Sesame oil
2 teaspoons Light soy sauce
Pinch of Salt
Method:
Beat the eggs with 1 teaspoons of sesame oil, soy sauce and
salt in a bowl until combined.
Heat ½ teaspoons Groundnut oil in a wok or large frying pan
over a high heat until the oil starts to shimmer. Pour in the eggs mixture and cook,
stirring constantly, until softly scrambled (about 30 seconds)
Remove from the pan & set aside
To the heat pan add the remaining groundnut oil, then add the
prawns, ham, ginger and garlic.
Add the spring onions, rice scramble eggs, ham and remaining
sesame oil and well toss together (1-3 minutes) until the rice is piping hot.
