Creamy Mango Smoothie



Serves 4

Ingredients:

Peeled and stoned 4 ripe Mongo



Yogurt 4-5 tablespoons (natural)


Chopped Banana 01


Clear Honey 2 tablespoons


1 liter unsweetened milk ,low -fat milk or soya milk


Pinch of ground Ginger

Vanilla extract



Pinch of Salt


To serve Ice cubes


Method:

 All the Ingredients (Mongo, Yogurt, and Banana, milk or soya milk) except the honey and ice in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.








Taste for sweetness and add the hone as you taste

Blend again

Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve with ice cubes and honey
