Ginger Toffee




Ingredients:

150g Brown sugar


320g Condensed milk


100g Ginger paste


25g Butter


¼ cup Water


50g Cashew nuts chopped


01 teaspoon vanilla extract


Method:

Wash and clean the Ginger and blend with a little water make as paste.
Meanwhile butter the flat dish or flat board
 Add the sugar, water and ginger in to wok or pan keep on the fire until it becomes thick, stirring constantly.
Add the condensed milk, butter,vanilla  and allow it to boil, whilst stirring it well add the chopped cashew nuts and stirring it well


Take it off the fire and pour the mixture on to buttered flat dish and cut into squares and separate each square when the toffee mixture is well cooled
