Ginger Toffee
Ingredients:
Method:
Wash and
clean the Ginger and blend with a little water make as paste.
Meanwhile
butter the flat dish or flat board
Add the sugar, water and ginger in to wok or
pan keep on the fire until it becomes thick, stirring constantly.
Add the
condensed milk, butter,vanilla and allow it to boil, whilst stirring it well add the
chopped cashew nuts and stirring it well
